The Seattle Bike Show – its more than a Show it is an Experience!!!.
On February 28th and March 1st this “kick off” to the cycling season returns to the CenturyLink Field Events Center.
Come on down and try out the newest Kona and Transition bikes by taking a few laps on the banked corners of the Experience’s new $27,000 pump track from Progressive Pump Tracks.
Experienced mountain bike competitor and instructor Kat Sweet will be there to give you tips.
Scream your way down the 300′ indoor zipline.
Utilize the outdoor test ride area to experience the newest bike technology from the show’s vendors.
Take one of the many bike trails and ride your own bike to the show and park in the covered bike corral. Get out and enjoy this beautiful February weather.
The Performance Area presents demonstrations by professional mountain biker and stunt rider Ryan Leach. World famous cyclist Bob Roll is making multiple presentations. Erik Moen, biomechanics expert, will explain and show how to get back in the saddle following injuries.
Your ticket gets you into the Travel Trips and Adventure Expo. A cross section of outdoor adventure speakers will present on the Adventure Stage. Paddle board and scuba demonstrations will take place in the 12,000 gallon indoor pool.
Your ticket also gets you into the Seattle Golf and Travel Show. There are putting, long drive and closest to the pin competitions. Try your luck on the 50′ putt. Many of the West’s resorts and vacation destinations are presenting their wares and offering attractively priced packages to their resorts.
These three show experiences make Saturday and Sunday a family affair. There is something for everyone.
Kids under 17 have free admission.
And, for the first time, beer and wine can be carried from the cantina area as you walk the show floor.
